AI-Native Workflows with Your Favorite Tools

Every KOL Pulse trial and conference page carries verbatim physician posts, slide transcriptions, structured trial data and regulatory status. Paste a page into the assistant you already use — NotebookLM, Perplexity, Claude or ChatGPT — and ask one question. Below are five prompts to copy, the page each one was tested on, and what came back.

All five workflows and the results in each assistant.

How to run any of these

  1. Open the KOL Pulse page and copy its URL.
  2. Paste the URL and the prompt into your assistant. In NotebookLM, add the URL as a source first, then ask.
  3. Check every number against the page before you reuse it.

No assistant invented a number in the 20 runs. Claude and ChatGPT read part of a long page and shortened or withheld quotes; NotebookLM read whole pages. For long conference pages or anything that needs exact quotes, use NotebookLM.

1. Clinical trial timeline

Page to paste: SERENA-6

Build a dated timeline of this trial from first readout to today, one line per event with the source named on the page.
Workflow 1: the prompt and what came back, verbatim. Tested October 21, 2026.

Perplexity returned 14 dated events, from the February 26, 2025 topline through the July 14, 2026 Lancet Oncology update, each with the source the page names (the ASCO and SABCS presentations, the NEJM publication, the FDA ODAC vote, the EU CHMP opinion).

2. Trial-vs-trial comparison

Page to paste: KEYNOTE-B15 + VOLGA

Compare these two trials in one table: design, population, arms, primary endpoint, key secondary endpoints with numbers, regulatory status, and the data cut for each number.
Workflow 2: the prompt and what came back, verbatim. Tested October 21, 2026.

Perplexity returned a 13-row table. Where a number was on the page it was reported (KEYNOTE-B15 EFS HR 0.53, OS HR 0.65, pCR 55.8% vs 32.5%); where the page had no number, the table said “not disclosed” instead of filling one in.

3. Your own sentiment table

Page to paste: AZUR-1

List every physician post on this page with the author, handle, date and a one-word sentiment, quoting each post verbatim. Do not paraphrase.
Workflow 3: the prompt and what came back, verbatim. Tested October 21, 2026.

Perplexity returned all 8 physician posts, each quoted in full with a one-word sentiment. Claude shortened some quotes; ChatGPT withheld them.

4. Conference KOL leaderboard

Page to paste: ESMO 2026

Rank the physicians on this page by number of posts and total impressions, top five each, with handles. Exclude media, company and institutional accounts.
Workflow 4: the prompt and what came back, verbatim. Tested October 21, 2026.

All four assistants completed it. Perplexity returned a top five by posts and a top five by impressions. The ESMO 2026 page updates through the congress (Oct 23–27), so the ranking changes as you re-run it.

Page to paste: DC Lung 2026

From the slide transcriptions on this page, list every place a speaker argued the standard of care is changing, with the speaker, session and the exact slide text.
Workflow 5: the prompt and what came back, verbatim. Tested October 21, 2026.

NotebookLM read all 8 sessions and returned 16 speakers with the exact slide text. Perplexity, Claude and ChatGPT read part of the page.

Use it during ESMO 2026

The ESMO 2026 page updates each day of the congress (Oct 23–27): What’s Hot Today by tumor type, the most anticipated trials, the top physician voices, and a slide library with the text of every slide transcribed. Prompts 4 and 5 work on both. The full list of trial pages is at kolpulse.com/trials.

KOL Pulse tracks what verified oncology and hematology physicians are discussing on X. Every KOL post on our pages is verbatim and links to its source.
