By accessing or using the KOL Pulse website (kolpulse.com) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

KOL Pulse provides oncology Key Opinion Leader (KOL) intelligence services including:

• AI-generated trial profile pages with KOL sentiment analysis
• KOL influence rankings and social engagement tracking
• Conference intelligence and coverage
• Embeddable widgets for third-party websites
• API and MCP server access for programmatic data retrieval
• Custom intelligence reports and analyses

Data & Content

All KOL data displayed on our platform is derived from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Clinical trial data, physician sentiment, and engagement metrics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for medical, investment, or business decisions.

Tweet text, social media content, and physician quotes displayed on our platform are attributed to their original authors and sourced from public posts. KOL Pulse does not claim ownership of third-party content.

Free & Paid Services

Free access: Trial profile pages, KOL profiles, conference pages, and widget embedding are freely available. No account required.

Paid services: Intelligence reports, MCP server access, custom analyses, and enterprise features are available under separate agreements. Pricing and terms for paid services are provided upon request.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from our website
• Use our data to harass, defame, or harm any individual
• Misrepresent KOL Pulse data as your own proprietary research
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI analysis methods
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The KOL Pulse platform, including its design, branding, AI-generated analyses, and original content, is owned by KOL Pulse. You may link to our pages and embed our widgets per our widget terms. You may not reproduce our analyses or reports without attribution.

Widget Embedding

KOL Pulse widgets may be embedded on third-party websites free of charge. Embedded widgets must retain KOL Pulse branding unless a white-label agreement is in place. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue widget availability.

Limitation of Liability

KOL Pulse provides information "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on our data, for inaccuracies in public source data, or for service interruptions.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
